Arrivals Day

The Wardening team and Hall Seniors will be happy to help you move in. When you arrive we will
give you your keys, issue your College ID Card and show you to your room.

If you are driving in with family or friends, you will be able to park for a short while (up to 15
minutes) for offloading in the front of the Hall. After that you will be able to use nearby Pay and
Display parking bays.

There will be a compulsory Welcome Talk given by the warden in the evening, so be sure to enquire
about the time and location of the talk on your arrival. You will be required to read and accept the
Hall Rules as part of your eHalls registration.

Facebook Page

There is a link to our official Facebook group on the left, this is often the best source of up-to-date information for students resident at Pembridge, so please join the group.

Fresher’s Fortnight

The period of the first two weeks, including the moving-in weekend, is called the Freshers’ Fortnight.
It is packed with various events organized by the Wardening Team, your Department and the Imperial
College Union, and it includes dinners, tours, welcome talks, etc.

Many of the Freshers’ Fortnight events organized by the Wardening Team are either heavily
subsidized or free. More details about the events, tickets and payments will be become available on
our website in due course. We strongly encourage you attend most events as Freshers’ Fortnight is
an excellent opportunity to meet fellow residents many of whom will become your lifelong friends.

Your Photo

Please upload your photo via your Student e-Service to complete your registration. You need to do
this in order to receive your College ID upon arrival to your hall on move-in day. The College is
unable to issue your College ID card without your photo upload.

In addition to completing the Pembridge eInduction via the College’s Accommodation Hub (AccHub),
we also require that you register for Pembridge in eHalls, a system that we use locally to prepare for
your arrival and make life in halls easier for you. Be sure to print the arrivals document generated by eHalls after you complete the registration, and bring it with you when you arrive to check-in (together with the Key Collection Pass you will have received after completing the Pembridge eInduction). You are also required to upload your photo on eHalls as well as on Student eService.
