The Hall Supervisor team at Pembridge are here to take care of the building – bricks and mortar. They are responsible for organising and managing all maintenance and facilities work throughout the building.
The Supervisor, Abu, should be your first port of call for many issues during the working hours. These include issues such:
- Cleaning queries
- Non-emergency maintenance (e.g. burnt-out lightbulb in your room, washing machine not working)
- Emergency (e.g. flood or electricity issues) during the day (though if you have emergency maintenance outside of office hours, contact the Duty Warden)
- Emergency first-aid (though again out of office hours, contact the Duty Warden)
- Post during office hours
The Hall Supervisor team is on-site Monday – Friday during non-closure periods, from 8:00 until 18:00 Their door is always open, and they’re happy to help.
